R and I watched Thor. Somewhat surprised I didn’t recognize Fandral’s actor, though I’m convinced I would have if he had shouted, “I will find you! I will always find you!” in Thor’s general direction.
hedgerose asked for something from the universe that “comes and goes in a minute” is set in!

Blaine’s first realization that there’s someone in his apartment comes when there’s movement directly in front of him.
He yells, instinctively jerking away as his head snaps…
Kurt in Black - Blaine in White

“The Greeks thought that homosexuality was more pure than heterosexuality, because one of the main purposes of heterosexuality is the option of reproduction. The Greeks considered heterosexuals desire for only this to be greedy, where as homosexual love is more about true love for the other person, not just the desire to reproduce. Also, because homosexual love isn’t the dominant culture. It’s different.”
Those greeks are too hipster for heterosexuality.
YEAH, GREEKS. REPRESENT, YO.
They made their hipster frames out of wood. Clothes were too mainstream so they wore bedsheets.
Only if you were a guy. Lady-loving ladies were icky and didn’t know their place.
Bolin: fucking A*
Holy shit, this is a MASSIVE part of the reason I love Bolin so much. Seeing it all in one place is just… yesssssss.
Wedding Song Upgrade of the Day: The Piano Guys take on “Pachebel’s Canon in D.” Here’s their explainer:
It’s the same 8 notes over and over and over again. The good news is, it’s easy to memorize. The bad news is you don’t know when to stop. There’s a rumor floating around that says Pachelbel either died while writing it, never finishing the cello part, or that he dated a cellist and it did NOT go well.
This arrangement is dedicated to all the cellists that have fallen asleep while playing this song…or at least wanted to fall asleep.
Ahem…all the bitter cello-malice aside, Pachelbel’s Canon in D (written in the 1600′s) has stood the test of time — celebrated as the most recognizable piece of classical music. We like to call it the “one-hit wonder of the 1600′s.”
Lazy Sundays..
